kp68 reserves the right to close inactive accounts. An account is considered inactive if no login has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. All kp68 account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). kp68 does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through supported payment methods, which include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits

Once a bet has been confirmed by the kp68 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kp68 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if kp68 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
kp68's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of connected incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kp68 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
kp68 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While kp68 takes reasonable measures to ensure continuous availability and accuracy of game outcomes, kp68 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.
